No, there isn't. Most of the time I wouldn't worry about it, it's usually just a difference in opinion and after all everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion! Sometimes it bothers me a bit if I gave only factual information that I know to be correct. If something you really think is wrong gets voted as best over yours in the end, you can always add a comment -preferably with a link proving the facts.

Sometimes if you read the other answers you might be able to figure out who did it. I had some witch arguing with me in the pregnancy catagory about info that I had received from my OB/GYN and she gave me a thumbs down, but most of the time you have no way of knowing who did it.

No, there isn't a way, and it's probably better that way, Yahoo Doesn't want to deal with people who are vengeful and want to get back at people for disagreeing with eachother.
