No internet translations please - i can do those for myself and i'm advanced enough in this subject to know that they suck big time!!

I translated unsettled with unsicher (unsure, unsecure), i'm sorry, but i couldn't come up with a word that fully matches unsettled.

eelliko is right and deserves the 10 points.
I agree with eelliko that it is difficult to translate "unsettled" with any one German adjective. Maybe you could translate the whole phrase "she feels unsettled" as "kommt sie nicht zur Ruhe"
