One outcome is death. Otherwise, each time the brain is deprived of blood flow and oxygen for a time, the person gets a little stupider. This is not good because they must have been pretty damn stupid to begin with to play this 'game'. Sooner or later, providing they don't die from the game first, they'll be so stupid they won't remember there was a 'game'. About that time they either become homeless and die of exposure or, if they have a family that cares for them, they go to live at a nice place where they will live out the rest of their life. They will probably be happy since they will be too stupid by then to remember the life they threw away.

Choking game? Maybe you mean something else but it sounds like something I got talked into back in my early teens. It was pretty stupid. First you hyperventilate a little, 6-10 deep rapid breaths and hold the last one. Then someone basically applies a sleeper type hold to you. This can be done by wrapping the arm around your throat or applying pressure with fingers over your corotid arteries. You can do it to yourself as well. Then you get really dizzy and possibly pass out.
Well you pass out because you are having the blood supply to your brain reduced or stopped. If brain cells don't get a blood supply and therefore oxygen, they begin to die. Too many of them die and you might get really stupid forever or maybe you end up dying too.
I totally do not recommend it.

It's a sense of euphoria from lack of oxygen. It's a dangerous game and many people die. Bruising is a common side affect on the neck. It's not a good idea ever, but especially during sex in my opinion - your partner might not recognize when it's time to stop at a crucial moment. I think brain damage is a possible result, as well as cardiac arrest.

Yeah I've done it before. Not a good idea. I'm still fully normal and fully functional but I have stopped for fear of brain damage. The passing out kills brain cells. It's a strange and fun feeling, somewhat, and it's funny to see what others people do while they're knocked out, but all of that isn't worth the risks. If I were you I wouldn't do it. I haven't done it for the longest time and never will again.

The word Game needs to removed from this question.

Death would be high on the list. Depriving the brain of oxygen will turn you into a seriously mentally handicapped person.

The "choking game" is basically what is sounds like--choking yourself. It deprives your body, but most importantly your brain, of oxygen which can cause serious brain damage and even death.

I used to play it when I was a kid...it burns brain cells...when you pass out most people have seizures because you're blocking oxygen to the brain...which means possible death. It's a very scary thing!

Do not do it. A girl at my school did it and died and it was all over the news people just do it so they can get high and pass out.

Lack of oxygen can cause a lot of different problems, most serious of which are brain damage and death.

Try death and brain damage on for size. Many people have died from this "game" and its a pretty stupid thing to do.
