I am 21 years old, single, smart, easy to talk to / be around, have a career, and if I may say so not bad looking. I am 5'6" 127lbs, light red hair, blue eyes.
I have found that over the past (almost) year it seems the only time I get looked at, hit on or asked out on a date it is by men who are between the ages of 37-60!!!
Why Is that?!?! And how do I stop it?
I am at a place in my life now where I would like to find a boyfriend, and get into a relationship. I myself am a little shy so I have a hard time going up to someone and asking them to coffee or dinner. (wich is the guys job anyway) But if someone were to aproach me I am not the type to turn my nose up. But that of course only applies to men under 30.
Please help me out with this it is totally starting to weird me out. Bums me out a little too.

Most of it is coming form where I work. I work in a night club (as a second job) so there is a mixed croud. Lots of people my age come in there.

take up a hobby that is full of men your age silly. You just have to go where they are! Try getting on a parks and rec softball team. Or swing dancing classes and dancing friday nights. Find out where the singles in your area hang once a week that have a club on Yahoo groups????? Use what God gave you and being a red head it's going to work I promise. Go out and take up darts in a dart league and have a very safe and wealthy Happy St Paddy's Day.

hmm advertising huh?no just kidding don't worry you will find someone in due time. you responded to my answer? i know your not advertising, i also know plenty of girls that would love to receive the attention you get regardless of age. I haven't seen your picture, i don't need to, I'm sure your attractive. None of the solutions I can think of are simple one of them is Relocation, however i really don't think relocation is the answer. I can't tell you how to find guys, your own age. I would suggest a different second job though if it is bothering you that much, i don't know anything about night clubs though, I'm a farm boy that works for the federal government. we are the same height just different weight.

This from an OLDER guy : tell those creeps YOUR FATHER & 2 OLDER BROTHERS ARE police officials !! as well, finally end up a respected martial-arts college, and study TAE KWON DO .. at the same time as my son discovered this artwork quite a few years in the past, I watched little 10 year previous females floor 220 pound adult men comfortably ! If I had a daughter, i'd instructor her 3 issues fairly else .. ( a million ) the thanks to be a lady .. ( 2 ) the thanks to artwork on vehicles .. ( 3 ) the thanks to kick a guy's a$$ !!

Having looked at your picture, It strikes me that you aren't really that girly: you are probably more of an older man's taste.
Lucky you: they have more money and life experience.
It must be pointed out that the attitude to men shown in your question is generally negative: you regard men who flirt with you as "pervs"; you refuse to ask men out, believing it's their job to iniciate (why?), and you use the expression "turn my nose up", which suggests a snooty demeanor.

what are the ages of the men, where you spend most of your time? if you spend most of your day around 30-60 then most of your hits will come from this range. if you want hits by men your age you need to spend more time with that age group. most dates are from friends friends, work, family, church.
also "dates" are not as common with your current generation is the current trend, its more about hanging out, checking it out, more casual relationships

You actually do look alot older than 21.. but most guys date younger girls anyway. and alot of older men wouldnt mind a nice fresh 20 something..

you have to ask men out. If you have a boyfriend then maybe the older people might not ask you out.
