You can make a cheese using goats milk, but you have to find the recipe which would be on the internet. When I was a little girl I spent my summers on a farm and my aunt had goats, cows, chickens etc. She would make cheese with the goats milk and it was excellent.

Offer your goats milk for sale via a 'Craigs Listing'. There are many people who cannot drink cows milk and would go out of their way to find someone who sells goats milk. Perhaps contacting a physican and his office? Bulletin board at school or in the lunchroom at a hospital? Good luck.

search on-line for info on cheese making. goats milk is used in France and many other European & middle easter countries to make cheeses like feta and yogurts too... you can also drink it yourself. but definately look up pasturization techniques first, so you can make sure it is safe for consumption before you use it for cheese, yogurt or milk.

Save it up and take a milk bath in it. It's supposed to make your skin really soft.
Or try making ice cream or soap.
