You may not want to hear this, but feeling the pain and letting it out is the best thing in the world for you. It's healthy. Letting it out, such as crying, exercising, hitting something, etc. is really good. taking pills is only prolonging the issue. Plus you are creating another problem for yourself. You could get a therapist to also talk this out, which is also very healthy, the same goes for writing each day in a journal. You could look back at your journal, and see your progress. Please keep in mind that all these steps of getting over the loss of a loved one does not happen over night. You know your healthy when you do feel the pain. Let it all out, and remember, your loved one is where they are supposed to be.

im sorry ,in losing someone you love remember they are always with you in spirit,i know i hear my mom chewing my butt out for messing up and i know she is with me and always will be,the tranquilizers are only going to depress you more, you have to face the fact we all die today is a day that you or i will never live again/how do you think the person would feel about the way you are acting,do you think it would be acceptable to them or would they want to be proud of the person they know you are and want to know that someday you could be a millionare, president something that wouldlift them up by saying this was my friend, family or whoever it is try to think about what they would want .................God Bless you and good luck

just remember that you've haven't lost them in spirit, just in presence. think about all the good time that you two had together. you could always talk to a theripist and god about it(that is, if your a christian.)

Just pray to Jesus that he may take care of you and your feelings and know that your friend is with Jesus, in a better place.

You need to go to your GP and ask for a therapist to help you.
