Skin, kidneys, sinuses & mucous membranes to start with. Water is essential to life, so everything would be affected eventually.
Dry flaky skin, dark urine.... protein in the urine. Dry sinuses... headaches. I could go on and on, but I feel like I really need a big glass of water right now.

Your whole body wouldn't function normally because you need water, it is as essential to necesstiy to life, to be able to, well...live!

your joints can be affected alot because you have litlle water pockets in between your joints that need plenty of water.
