Depends on why you're wanting to throw up. Here are some thoughts though:
1. Baking soda mixed with water (tastes like crap but works to
neutralize the acids in your tummy)
2. Chew on some candied ginger....works like a charm
3. If you are pregnant, soda crackers might work
4. Drink ice cold gator ade
5. Peptobismol
6. Peppermint leaves or candy
If you're nauseaus because your hungry, then eat something light to help out. If you've been drinking and want to puke because you're drunk, then you probably should go ahead and do that. Then drink lots and lots of water, eat some protein and carbs and take a long long nap!
Feel better!

If you feel like vomiting, your body is telling you that there is something wrong, and chances are that if you just let yourself throw up, you will feel better afterwards. Exceptions to this are if you have a disease such as flu. If you throw up too much you will get dehydrated, and that can be dangerous. Yes, try eating dry toast or crackers and some flat lemon-lime soda, or plain water.
Good luck to you and I hope you feel better soon.

peppermint tea is good for the digestive system. Barley sugar sweets, same. Flat coke also. Apart from that drink water and slowly introduce dry goods like toast, oat cakes, rice cakes. Keep away from greasy stuff.

If you don't want to drink a soda, you can add about a teaspoon of baking soda to a glass of water and it will do the same thing.
Sometimes, I drink several cups of water and it "dilutes" whatever is bothering my stomach.
