My younger sister is only 16 yrs old and my mother will not hit her!?

I say this with stress because my little sister (whose not so little) has gone into this rebel outrage, shes disrespecting my mother and that really ticks me off. My mom wont do anything about shes way too passiave and my sister knows this which is why she runs off with her boyfriend who's 18 god knows where...and sometimes theres days where she dosent even come home and then i see her at school that we go to. See I'm 18 myself and I dont act like that. Thou there was this one time she yelled and cused to my mother so I gave her taste of her own medicene and yelled right back to her own face. I feel like we as a family have drifted...(our father passed away last nov. 2006 Please I need some advice on how to help my mother realize that her behavior is out of control!...

Even if you little sister acts like a little kid she isn't one hitting her isn't gonna solve anything. Your mom needs to lay down the law give her every possible chore or punishment to make her life hell. I would suggest boot camp that will definately teach her not to act out the way she does.

maybe she is sad or diappointed that your dad died and so she is putting it all on your mom because she dont know how else to let that anger out. maybe you should just sit her down and talk about the good times with your dad and ask her if there is anything she wants to talk about .

i think you should talk 2 ur sister she might be hurting but keeps it inside if not tell ur mum 2 hit her slap her on the face
