I weigh 121lbs and want 2 weight around 110llbs, how can i do this efectively with no-one noticing? I need 2 be able 2 be skinny enought to be considered a serious ballerina but at the moment im way 2 fat!

How tall are you? my Daughter has been in ballet for years and at 17 she now weights 118 and she still looks just as tone and thin as all the other girls in her pointe class. how long have you been in Ballet? If you have just started you find as you become more serious you will lose and tone without changing your diet much. I would suggest that you talk to your mom about your plans with ballet and see if you can not just create more healthy eating habits. The first thing my daughter did to help her stay fit was cut soda, she drinks mostly water, and cut way back on soda about 3 cans a month. We also made a pack to only do fast food once a month. If you talk to your mom about healthy eating habits it can actually benefit both of you. Let your mom know she can shed a few pounds this way and healthy eating is good for all. Since I got on the healthy eating kick with my daughter I loss 12 lbs in a month and a half and I feel better. My daughter on the other hand has not lost any but finds she toning up faster and more evenly.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Being skinny should not be your purpose. Being greater healthy could. i think of being a vegetarian is an incredible concept because of the fact it may deflect interest away out of your real purpose (notwithstanding this is too undesirable you will no longer believe you mom with this- she probably loves you very lots despite in case you settle or no longer). the greater greens would be very right for you too and could provide help to be greater healthy and drop some pounds. be valuable to get some comprehensive grain breads as nicely as different carbohydrates and a small quantity of fat each and every day (olive oil on your salad is a sturdy source). Your recommendations needs those to function. good success.

Ask her to buy more fruits and vegetables, as you are concerned with becoming a more HEALTHY person. This would also mean you could tell her that you aren't interested in deserts, fast foods, and fried foods.

Drink plenty of water and fruit and vegetable juices.

Drink herbal teas (no calories, no caffeine)

Don't use mayo--it's filled with oil and eggs

Switch to healthy cereals, and low-fat milk

Walk in the fresh air every day--in addition to any other exercise program you might be doing.

just eat the more healthier foods and exercise alot she wont know that you have changed yr eating habits much. you dont need to stop eating to lose weight.

To lose weight successfully,you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
