The yellow things are in the back corners of the mouth. They stick to the walls and make you want to vomit.

Although I am not a physician or dentist, I may be able to offer you some information regarding what those are. There are two options: the first one concerns strep throat or mononucleosis. If you have one of these, there are bound to be white or yellow spots on your tonsils and throat. The second option sounds more like what you're referring to: they're called tonsilloliths. They are yellow-ish pieces of food that get stuck in the cavaties of your tonsils. The food gets stuck in the crypts of your tonsils and immediately, your tonsils think that it is bacteria and send some help to fight it off.

There is no real easy way to get rid of tonsilloliths - some say using a Q-Tip dipped in hydrogen peroxide, others say using your toothbrush or finger to get them out. The only thing I would say is to speak with an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) physician to confirm that you do not have any type of sickness (i.e. strep throat or mononucleosis). An ENT can also tell you a little about tonsilloliths (they're REAL smelly from sulfur, yellow-ish, stuck in crypts, etc.).

As for a previous post, you do not need to have your tonsils removed, as they help your immune system. Google tonsillolith (or tonsil stones as they are also known) and check if that looks like what you're experiencing. If not, check with your physician.

Best of luck!

You should brush and floss your teeth, and consider using listerine so these do not develop.

If you have a sore throat, it could be an infection of some kind.
