I use all the juice out of the olive jar, but I don't want to waste all those olives! Is there a way to make more juice? What liquid would I add?

Salt water will keep the olives from spoiling, but it will not create more 'juice' that would be suitable for dirty martinis.

You could add some juice from another jar of olives to keep those first ones fresh. If you don't have a use for the olives, you might as well just throw them out.

I don't advise doing it, but I have seen the local bar pour tonic in them. I always make sure not to order martinis from there. I love to eat the olives as I drink, I never have that problem. Well I will sit and eat the olives anytime, I love them.

You can buy olive juice at some liquor stores, if you don't eat the olives fast enough you might want to find just the juice.

Buy a jar of olives and use the juice. Most martinis have a couple of olives anyway.

Give the olives to your cats, it's like catnip for them.

Jamie,

Olives are usually soaked in brine...

So, add salt water?
