Iam 5'0 and weigh 100 and im 17 years old i think i need to be more thinner for my age i recently got out of an eating disorder which before i was 83 pounds and all i did was chew and spit out my food to not get calories and i would over exercise 2 hours a day! i want to be healthy again i want to be 97 or 93 pounds but i want to do it the easy ans healthy weight with no eating disorder involved to it !i would aprecciate your answers please thank you!:D

dear annabelle.............You are at a perfect weight right now dear!!! And I agree with the other answer you wont be happy at 97 ao you will aim for 93 and pretty soon youll be right back to chewing your food and spitting it out!!! Try now to obcess over your weight! Easy for me to say right???.............Hey heres the deal your eating disorder will affect you the rest of your life, I have a client whose hair falls out in clumps, and any time she gets sick heeer hair is even worse!!!. You cant be beautiful with out the nutrients your body needs!!!! So stop with the weight loss so your body can catch up and get its nutrients and you will see yourself in a differnt light!!!

you obviously still have remnants of your eating disorder because you are still underweight. I'm not going to tell you how to lose any more. why don't you go do something productive for someone else and stop worrying about how to lose 3 pounds? you know you aren't going to be happy even if you get down to 97, right?

make it a point to use the steps whenever possible use the bathroom on a different floor at work take the stairs at the bus station the airport or the mall
