My wife and I like to play video games together. Cooperative ones where you cannot hurt each other or there is little penalty for dieing have worked best. Gladius, Tekken 3 and Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 were our favorites.

We also like to play card games like Speed, Crazy 8's, and Gin. Two player board games have held our attention for a few weeks on occasion. Video games provide more variety and a less competitive atmosphere though.

Playing games together has advantages. They are available whenever you have the time. You can do it no matter how tired work makes you. And it provides a context for communication to occur, something that helps us guys.

We just always make each other laugh..being silly or whatever...we just have a great time being w/ each other..(3 years) He is always cracking jokes or he'll just grab me and start dancing around...just silly stuff... we are building a house right now, and planning our wedding..so the stress level is pretty high..we just make sure to take time off and go out for a bite to eat and catch up on things other than house/wedding...we also work together, so we have to step back and talk about other things going on...family, friends...etc...

my boyfriend and I have been together for 3.5 years. There is definantly that plataue that happens where it seems like you are stuck but im sure you will get over it, if you are looking into things to keep the relationship alive. good for you! It sounds wierd, but what worked for my bf and I was making a weekly thing. Like every tuesday night, we hung out together and watched reruns of our show and make dinner together. It sounds odd, cause it feels like maybe the issue is that you see too much of eachother..but it works for us. So maybe schedule something weekly. You will start to look foward to them. So maybe weekly movie, weekly walk, weekly cooking, weekly sport. IT might work for yah

take turns planning the evening and be creative when it is your turn. Make an invitation that goes with the evening and then plan the evening to be special. For example: If you decide to take him to a baseball game mail him a baseball with the date and time on it. (Yes you can mail a baseball or put it in a box to mail it)
He will be excited about your creativity!
Plan a meal like hotdogs and apple pie picnic in the parking lot of the game. Buy him a hat to wear. Then sit back and enjoy what he might plan for you. Goodluck

Have a picnic in the house while watching movies. play games (cards, scrambles)
go skating, bowling, Play games to learn more about each other. Truth or dare. walk in the park and talk, have candle lite dinners, watch the sun rise or set, just lye next to each other and enjoy one anothers presents. It is so many things you can do, be creative with your mind and just do it.

We have date nights and I give her flowers once a week.
We text each other thoughout the day and e-mail each other,
or just call each other to say I Love You.
Just take a day and spend shopping or doing things together.
Sending each other notes or cards telling the other on how we feel about each other.
Talk about how our days went. Or just talk about things.
