I know it is illegal to drink and drive im not stupid but i want to know how many times over the legal limit .104 is in ohio. so please read before sending me stupid answers

Ohio's legal limit is only .10 so how many times is .104 over the legal limit?

It is over enough to get a DUI and lose your license for one year. The whole idea of over means you are over the limit, period.

Are you sure that OH is still .10? Most states are now .08. If OH is now .08, a .104 is 30% over the limit.

Actually, the legal limit in Ohio has been .08% for a couple years now.
