I have seen cooking shows, and looked at several websites. Everyone has different opinions on what makes the perfect burger. I have a pound and a half of meat and I am going to make burgers in a little while! Some good tips would be awesome!

i have never tried it but i have heard for the people who like their hambergers medium, you can put an ice cube in the middle, and by the time the outside is done, it is the way they like it.

i cook mine slowly with a lid, and then i put mushroom soup on them. they are great that way.
