As long as you are both in good, normal health, there is no reliable way to differentiate between urine samples by age -- however, there are certain differences between genders, such as creatinine levels (because males have more muscle mass than females, and thus higher creatinine) . . . and so a high creatinine level might clue an investigator in. But I doubt they'd be looking for that -- they're more interested in toxins present.

Don't do it, its dishonest! No they cant tell, but they will tell the pee isn't her (by various means!) and she will end up with more trouble on her hands, rather than less
