My ex- and i have been apart for about four years but we dated for two so I have been knowing him for about six years.I did not relize how much he completed me until i broke it off so six months go by and i love him more now than I did when we were together.I feel,breathe,dream and think him.He still talks to me when I call and when we occasionally meet up just to talk to eachother there is so much chemistry and I don't know about him but my heart starts pounding and i feel like a silly school girl and we both act shy around eachother wandering what to do with eachother.We both have new relationships when we meet up so i am not sure i should tell him how i feel?We are both always tied up at the moment and no matter how hard i try to fix my situation so we can finally be together life intervens

Understand why you broke up in the first place. If this reason is no longer valid, then give it a chance.
Realize though, that it is completely natural to want to go back to an ex. When the stress of the relationship is gone, it is easy to overlook the problems and just have a good time.
Before you do anything with your ex though, break it off with your current boyfriend. Above all, what you are doing doesn't seem very fair to him.

First of all I suggest that you really have a talk with him and find out what he wants and how he feels about getting back together,before you break up your relationships.The only way to find out what to do is talk about it.He may be thinking one thing and your thinking something else,you both need to get on the same page.Make sure it's what you really want before hurting other people that don't have anything to do with it.It could just be you both have chemistry together and nothing else,but that's what you need to find out.What if you got back together and after a few months broke up again,so think about your options before you make your move.Good luck
