I am just curious. I have lost 30 lbs so far over the last three months. I averaged a little over 2 lbs each week.
If I reversed and went back to eating fast food all the time to sober up every day from drinking all night and smoking, how long would it take me to gain that thirty pounds back again?
Would it take me three months and would i average a little over 2 lbs gained each week?

Anybody ever tried it or experienced it?

BUT I THOUGHT IT CAME OFF AS SLOW AS YOU PUT IT ON??

THEREFORE, REVERSE WOULD BE THE SAME, RIGHT?

you put it on faster than it comes off. You can gain 5-10lb a week if you try. I mean by not exercising and eating fast food. Did you ever see supersize me? He gained weight in one month that took him 3 months to take back off.

Oh it'll go back on way faster than it came off, and you'll also gain a few extra pounds in the process...

Fall off that diet wagon and you'll be an oinker before anyone can say "Fancy a cake?".

You need to watch "Supersize Me." I think that guy put on that much weight in less than a month, and he nearly killed himself doing it. I hope you're asking just out of curiosity, not because you really want to do it!!!!!!!
