Is it true that more than half of americans are overweight?!?

I have heard that it is 65%! I dont know why im shocked, since I see fat people all the time, but man. More than half?!

Well it's true if you count all the normal people who are 5-10 pounds overweight in the percentage.

Morbidly obese? Not even close to 50%, but it is growing by leaps and bounds.

WOW! I kinda expected that considering all the McDonald's in America. Nowadays, you dont even have to get out of your house to buy groceries, order movies, order take out, see a movie, get a job, go to college. No wonder America is full of overweight fat people!

I read once that the best pork and ham in the world came from these pigs, raised in spain, that ate an almost pure corn fed diet to fatten them up to gargantuan sizes.

It was really cool, especially when you consider that high-fructose CORN syrup has infested its way into pretty much every form of pre-packaged food in this country.

Nice fat pigs we are, eating an almost pure corn fed diet...

First off, it depends by who you classify as Americans: People who live in America, people who where born in America, etc.
Secondly, it depends on the source that you got the information on and the date.
And thirdly: Even if it is true, if you exsersise and eat right, you won't be one of them.

i think of Canadians are almost as fat as individuals, what with the McDonald's (with a Maple Leaf, of direction) and their Tim Horton's and that they are incredibly aggravated that no person interior of something of the international even recognizes them.
