I really like him alot and he knows that but how do I tell him that I just want to be good friends and not have it be arkward between us?

yeh, I really liked this guy, and i think he knew (expect maybe i wasn't all that), now he has a girlfriend, it's like kinda awkward when we talk, but i'm getting over him day by day. Instead of hurting yourself which i did for a few months get over him now unless he likes you back or you are sure someday he will.
