Lately, I've been stressed out and I've noticed that my right arm jerks and twitches a bit especially when I'm trying to write something down and concentrate on something else at the same time.
It's so weird, and this is the only time it ever happens. It doesn't really bother me, except for being annoying sometimes. I don't have seizures and neither does anyone else in my family. I do have a minor hand tremor that I inherited from my mother.
Is this related to stress or what?

I am no Dr for sure but it sounds to me like you got a pinched up nerve somewhere. If it continues I would make a appointment with your family Dr and go from there.Especially sine this only happens when you are in a certian position. It sounds like a nerve to me.
Good Luck

most times it is due to stress and lack of rest, just like when your eyes twitch, get some sleep and try to relax more
