Fried potatoes and onions with some keilbasa and sourkraut. MMMMMMMM. What a combo.
Though, honestly, fried potatoes are good with just about anything. How about a couple of over medium eggs and some sausage links?
Or maybe a juicy piece of steak and mix the potatoes iwth the juice.
Darn, I'm so hungry now.

Hamburgers, hot dogs, kielbasi or ham would all be great with fried potatoes. Don't forget to add green peppers and onions to your potatoes.

Anything!! Fried potatoes are a favorite at our house! I make them with pork chops, or sometimes with "breakfast" foods for supper (eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy...etc...), but they go with anything really!!
