I am 12 years old. I weigh 134 pounds. I need to lose weight by the end of march. I DONT WANT TO TALK TO MY PARENTS OR DOCTOR! I need something healthy, quick, and effective. I'd really like to lose a few inches off my stomach and thighs, but especially my stomach. I also need to tone my stomach muscles.

Wow I can see that those ppl responding to ur questions isnt helping u very much but ok then well ill help u better than those other ppl cause im 17 and i love to diet im 5'0 and i weigh 93 now cause of my diet it was fast so i would like to share my special diet with u as well !
salads,soups,sanwichs, half of those like half of ur breakfast ,lunch, and dinner dont snack in between meals ok remmember breakfast u can have it big but the reast of the meals small and portion size!
drink 3 glasses of water with ice , oh yeah green tea the arizona kind or liptopn kind and run and do cardio it will target everything want to lose in ur body ! ull lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks trust me! oh and take a 2 day rest from exercise so ull lose more weight faster!

Many people do not realise that the secret to not getting fat is not not to eat very much, but to do exercise. No only does this burn off calories, but it means that other food you eat will not make you as fat as it would have.
but, you do not want to not gain weight, you want to loose weight, and so a combination must be achieved. I am guessing that you do not do much running at school in whatever sport you might do, and this is nessecary. Do running , small bits a first, then longer, and longer. At first just try running up and down your street, then around the block, then around the block twice, and so on. Get into a routine of doing this, and you will lose weight.
Another thing is, eat big meals, so you do not get hungary, but try to keep off the snacks in between, and have little dessert. Once you have lost weight this does not matter so much, but if you really want to lose weight this is nessecary. Also do not eat fatty desserts.

you are way too young to be worried about your weight. what you need to do is keep you head in those books and get an education. Believe me you will have plenty of time later in life to worry about this problem. Right now enjoy being a child.

Ok... if you want to loose weight fast.... you need to burn twice as many calories as you consume. For an example.... if you eat 2000 calories in one day you need to burn 4000 to loose a pound a day.
This may not be good for a child your age though. Studies show that children who diet when they are pre-teen and teenagers, they have a worse time struggling to keep their weight off as they hit their 20s and 30s appose to the teenagers that don't diet.

I was once told by a physical trainer that unless a "woman" has a total body fat percentage of 19% all the sit ups in the world arent going to do anygood. Try not to eat more than you need to when you eat a meal. Dont make yourself to full, doing that makes your body allow more every time you eat. It also makes you feel hungrier and you will tend to eat more times in a day than normal because your body is hungry.
MODERATION is the key at your age. You dont need to watch what you eat as much as eating to much of your favorite foods. Drink lots of water this replaces the hungry feeling it tricks your body and makes it feel fuller. Plus its water the more the merrier. Eat breakfast its your gas for the whole day. without it your body will not start up and work the right way. have a snack if your hungry before lunch not junk food have lunch and another snack then dinner. you must eat enough for your body to do what it needs to do if you dont eat or you diet your body stays like it is and you feel tired or sick because of it. its better to have a snack every 3 hours in place of full meals all day then to let your body tell you its hungry. when its hungry its out of gas . what happens when a car runs out of gas????NOTHING.
its only healthy to loose 2-3 pounds per week more the first week. Riding a bike while sitting up as straight as you can works your stomach muscels and burns fat on your thighs. walking at a fast pace good to. running no no,sit ups tighten but dont burn fat.....Your parents should love you know matter what and support you. I dont know your situation but if you feel you cant go to them or your doctor you need to speak to someone at school like the nurse or your teacher maybe they can help you with the things you want to change about yourself

Limit calories to 2000 calories/day by recording everything you eat, adding up the calories as you go. You may be able to lose as much as two pounds per week this way.

Limit sodium to 2000 mg per day. This will cause you to lose water weight -- possibly as much as ten pounds, one-time. To keep it off, continue to limit your sodium.

never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings

I recommend removing one or both arms. Depending on how much they weigh, of course.

This is the only guaranteed way you can lose that much weight without dieting or exercise.
