to pain? When you have been hurt or you have lost a loved one, what ways does your body react? when i cry or have been hurt, my heart feels like it is going to explode and like my heart is feeling actual physical pain.

Hey girl, I know what ya mean! That's why the heart is shown as the symbol of love, because when we are happy or sad, it's almost as our heart is feeling the emotion. When I am sad, I also feel that my heart has literally been crushed and it feels heavy and full of anguish. It's like you feel physical pain in your heart when you are in emotional pain. :(
Also, when I am in a lot of pain and I feel full of anxiety, I get a red rash all over my chest because I am so anxious and stressed. :/

I feel the same way. Expecially if im really really hurt by that person i care about. I cry and cry and cry. My heart feels like it wants to explode. Sometimes i feel vengeful and feel like i want to get back at that person for hurting me. Or get back at the person who's the reason the person hurt me.

that's an anxiety attack! when I'm stress, I usually cry and have body aches...my back, stomatch pain, headaches, hyperventilating and heart beats faster than usual. I feel the same as you do, it's a terrible feeling...I usually take Xanax, cause there is nothing worse than anxiety.

Well I am stressed out and I have acne over my face and I hate that.But that is nothing in comparison with the physical pain.I am oversensitive and I cry and cry,cry, and my heart hurts really bad :(

I get a similiar pain in the middle of my chest.From the emotional side.
