Sorry to tell you if you are from America they will not send out cash. They past a bill about a month ago saying Americans with a account with net teller will not be receiving there cash. If you play on poker stars they can just send you a check and that way can avoid all the hassle. Go in google and search online poker bill and you well get a better answer. Same thing happen to me.

Netteller isn't processing any transactions for residents of the U.S. Thank Dubya and the Republican Congress for that little detail that went mostly unnoticed in the major news outlets. While the rest of us online gamers/players lose out.
