Yes, I "camp" about every day in the summer....My parents own a campground, so I've grown up around a campfire. I can't imagine life without camping....I even go to other places to camp out. There is nothing like the great outdoors, building a fire and cooking food on it!! It's the best.. There is long lake near me, I go to the boat only access campground. You park, load all your stuff on the boat and float across the lake to get there, set up camp and watch out for vicious creatures lurking in the night!! So much fun....Hope this gave you something to do! (read)

My family used to camp at campgrounds when we'd go on vacations when I was little. When I got older, I joined a boys' ministry at a church next to my house. That's where I was really introduced to camping. During that time I'd go camping a minimum of 5-6 times a year; more of some of my buddies and I decided to go ourselves.
I introduced my kids to camping a couple of years ago and they love every aspect of it, whether we're gathering firewood, playing in the creeks, watching wildlife, or hiking through the woods. Personally, it's a great time for family bonding, especially away from tv and games.

I use to go camping a lot when I was a little girl but haven't been in yearsssssssss now.... Camping is fun try Big Sur very nice place.

Boomer! Let me tell you this, Your Boredness! I grew up in Escambia County Florida. (Pensacola) We camped out, until we almost got tired of it. If you wanna do some real Camping? Go to the Northern part of Escambia County Florida. Fishin', Huntin' campin', And even some snugglin' if the Lady comes along. Boy Howdy! makes me wanna be there, right now!

I have camped a lot and because camping presents a challenge still enjoy it ,its close to our true nature of life .
