First, check out a beginners cookbook from the library. Take a look through it and see if there is something you think you could make and tackle that.

Bread and peanut butter is good to have around as you get protein from the peanut butter and you do not have to cook it.

Keep fruits and vegetables that you will eat on hand, but don't buy too much as it spoils fast. Those are where you will get your fibre. You can steam or boil the vegetables for the most part. Agian, look in the cookbook to see how to prepare things.

Cheese is another good source of protein as are nuts in general.

Chicken is easy to cook - just make sure you cook it all the way through. You can fry it or just put it in a pan, and bake it in the oven. Bake a whole chicken (after removing the little bag containing the neck and organs that they put inside the body cavity). That way you will have cold chicken to eat as well for lunch or dinner the next day.

Good luck!

Get some frozen chicken patties like Weaver or Tyson. You can cook that in the microwave. Put it on a hamburger bun with some lettuce and other things.
Get some Philadelphia cream cheese and burrito wraps, sugar and cinnamon. Heat the wrap in microwave for about 15 seconds, spread the cream cheese on and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. roll it up and eat.
Also get some taco seasoning mix. Brown the hamburger according to the directions on the back of the taco mix package. This hamburger mix will keep in the fridge for several days. Heat up the burrito wrap, heat up some taco mix both in the micro wave add some shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Make a filling quick meal.
Good luck sweetheart? I sure would cook for you! Shame on your mom! You gotta eat darllin! Get some cereal high in fiber.

Three full meals per day--Poultry is chicken, turkey, etc. Chicken you can pan fry, you can roast it in the oven with some canned soupp for a suace. Turkey would have to be roasted-please look in cookbooks for how to cook the foods. Fiber-wheat bread, rice, potatoes, that kind of thing. Potaoes you can bake in the oven, or use the microwave oven to cook them in. Microwave-baked potato--take a med. sized potato, wash it off in cold water, take a fork and poke some small holes in the potaot on all sides. Place it in the microwave-3 min. one side-then flip it over-4 minutes the other side. Then, wrap a piect of foil around it, let it set on the table r counter for 20 minutes. Then, unwrap it, cut it open, put butter, what ever you have as toppings on it. Like cheese, sour creeam, etc. Or, buy a box of instant potatoes for mashed potaotes. Follow the directions on the box. Eggs are good for protein--scarmble them (2) in a bowl, add a little bit of milk, stir, fry up in the frying pan-stirring them as they cook until done. Fruits, veggies. Apples, oranges, bananas, celery, lettuce, carrots, etc for veggies. If you can, go to the deli section of the store, and get some hot foods-chicken, etc. for a quick already cooked for one meal. Make sandwiches, with wheat bread, mayonnaise, mustard, lunchmeat, etc. I wish you the best. Take care.
