Just so you know chicken bones are the worst thing you can give to your dog!! They splinter and can get stuck in the intestines and stomack!!! NEVER GIVE CHICKEN OR PORK BONES!!!
Contray to popular belief Raw meat should NEVER be given to a dog unless it is bought from a store that sells meat just for dogs!!! It is accually processed so it is safe for them to eat.
You should give your dog people food in moderation. Not alot because iot is not really that good for him. It can cause the dog to develope skin problems in the future!!
Hope this helps

I wouldn't give your pug anything that has bones. Pugs are such small dogs that the bones could really hurt their throats and stomachs, not to mention how it will feel when they try to poop the bones out. If you had a big dog like a border collie, or a German Shepperd or something then no problem. I don't think that small dogs should eat that type of food, but if you insist on feeding your dog that stuff, than take the meat off the bones, cut it up into smaller pieces, so they won't choke. Meats like sausage, ham turkey, bologna, hot dogs should be okay.

You could feed your dog chicken bone but only if you want either a 2000 dollar vet bill when they rip open their bowels or if you are prepared to be bit while trying to remove a bone the dog is choking on. Both of those things happened to me when my dog stole chicken bones and when the neighbors kids thought the dog would like to share their chicken.
You can remove the cartilage from the bones and give that which is quite healthy. You can give the fat and ligaments. You can give beef bones but not pork or any smaller animal's bones. You should only feed a very small amount of pepperoni if at all.
Hot dogs are great but like any other treat should only be given in small quantities. If you feed dog food you should remember to feed less in relation to whatever you feed in treats because otherwise the dog will get fat.

These meats are very greasy and high in sodium, which could cause pancreatitis. Bones can also splinter in the stomach and cause problems. A pug is a very small dog, so the occasoinal treat of about a tablespoon of junkfood meats should be fine, but why not just give him something healthier, like raw chicken?

You shouldn't give your pug any of that stuff.
I know some people who feed their pugs the BARF diet, which is basically raw meat.
Pugs are very prone to obesity. Your dog is going to get super fat. It's really sad to see some of the pugs that belong to our meetup group. Mine weighs 15 pounds, is normal sized, runs agility and goes on lots of walks. Other pugs in our group are approaching 35 pounds and look like beached whales. Don't let that happen to your dog.
The sausage on the pizza is ok every once in a while, but don't make it a habit. Bones can damage your dog's intestinal tract as well.

You are starting your dog on a life of disease and allergies. Do not feed your dog any food but dog food. Any vet will tell you this. Their little bodies are not made to metabolize human prepared food. Most dog skin allergies are caused by food. And your dog's liver is trying to metabolize foods that just aren't meant for him. He will develop more diseases than other dogs. Your vet bills will certainlypile up. And small bones like chicken bones are totally off limits because they splinter and can puncture your dogs organs or get stuck in their throat. rib bones are the same. You don't know how to take care of your dog. Please read info or just call a vet. Be more responsible as a pet owner.

No chicken bones! Beef bones only. There good to keep his teeth strong and clean. Pizza sausage may give him gas, but it's alright if you don't mind a little stink here and there. The garlic in it will also help cut down on worms that might be in him. No raw meet! It will give him worms, and make him mean. Watch the fat, unless you walk and let him run every day, or he'll get fat.

DO NOT GIVE COOKED CHICKEN BONES!!!! They splinter and can cut his throat, stomach, intestines, etc, no to mention he can choke. DO NOT give him ANY bones that have been cooked. Sausage from pizza is too spicy. Hot dogs are ok, and raw chicken, raw hamburger.

I would think any meat is fine, unless it seems to upset his stomach. I would only give him beef bones, though. Pork bones splinter and chicken bones can break off in small, sharp pieces.

OK.......PLEASE do not give your dog chicken bones because they easily splinter and cause SERIOUS damage to your dog.
We humans might think it's nice to share our food with dogs but IT IS NOT healthy for them. Meat bones are ok for a treat but may I suggest pigs ears (bought at most stores) as a treat instead. NEVER give a dog raw meat.
