Just got this new desktop and want to install Office but have been told my version [2002] may not be compatable. Version 2007 costs around £100.00. Can't afford this. Any suggestions? Should I try my 2002 version? Will it harm my computer if not compatable?

Matt is right go to www.openoffice.org and check out their website for more info. We use the openoffice programs in our small business and we love it. It allows you to open/create/edit and save in both the open office format and the Microsoft formats so that whatever you type is compatible for people who use Microsoft Office

Why bother paying for someone else's pirated copy....

just download 2003 or 2007 off peer2peer

I prefer the dc++ network but I'm sure all the torrents will have it as well

It's on ebay very cheap, but it's a pirate. You can try the old version but it wont work, it wont damage the machine.
