I'll assume you say ham because it's already cooked and not a pork shoulder or picnic cut. it could take a couple hours at 200 in your smoker. You want an internal temp of 140-150, any higher and the ham starts to dry out. You could also mop it with an apple cider wash but don't keep opening and closing your smoker
