i need an extreme diet to lose a lot of weight quickly...im aware of heath risks, and im fine with them, i wont diet for very long at one time anyway...

Unless you want to die, you should use this diet. Its safe, healthy, the weight actually stays off, and it really works!

I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:

Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)

Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home

Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight. Also, its not really dieting because its yummy. :] I hope this works for you!

Hi, I'm on a diet plan and so far I've lost 17lb, I just started a support group where I'm posting the different plans and recipes.

Hey I found a great plan its been 1 week Ive lost 6 pounds 1% of my body fat and 3 inches off my waist Im gonna continue for a month

1200-1400 calories a day - 2 meal replacement bars and 1 meal and 1 small snack (the optional 200 calories)

Apple cider vinegar pills with each meal they are cheap easy to find (any pharmacy or healthfood store) they speed metabolism safely and burn fat and cloresterol out of your system

Also 1 hour a day - 1 1/2 hours a day of exercise

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted

make sure you check food labels and avoid anything with more than 4 grams of sugar especially high fructose corn syrup per serving

forget the dried cranberries which have added sugar and add a half cup of fresh berries to top off your salad
