Yes. The new strain of the virus, causing the flu this year, doesn't seem to have a "time limit." Our family has experienced illness, feeling better, only to relapse, one, two, or three times during a months time.

And the flu vaccine that was given does not affect it much, as it was taken from a different strain of the virus.

Drink lots of fluids, take Tylenol or another pain reliever a few times a day, and ride it out. If you become very ill, please go to a doctor. One person in Wisconsin died from the flu.

yes and they call that a rebound effect. talk to your MD. he or she may has a vaccine for you. if you are taking over the counter medicine, follow direction on the box and take as directed for the therapeutic effect.
