does anybody have a diagram or schematic drawing of a massagers' circuitry?

I am doing a projest in digital fundamentals and i chose a massager that can rap around your wrist but I need to know the basic sturture of it. any diagrams would be apreceated.

look for a monostable-multivibrator for instance the ic N555
that circuit can give a adjustable pulse ( block wave ) that can be used todo the massage. I am not a fysiotherapist so i dont know if a block wave is ok for massage maybe it should be a sine wave
