In spanish class, I always catch him staring at me. He usually tries to sit next to me. He never talks to me, and when he does it's a simple "Hi, Leslie. What's Up?". Before I can answer he's running down the hall and tells me later that , he was going to be late. I am a preppy good girl. He is a skater and bad boy. Does he like me? Because I know for a fact that I like him, but I am afraid to make a move.

Keep making eye contact and try smiling at him. He definately likes you but i think he is just as shy as you are. The next time he says hi try to ask him a question. Like something that happened in Spanish class. You need to start a convo with him to get things more comfortable.

I'll bet you don't even need to make a move per se. All you need to do is say hello to him. Maybe even do it before he gets a chance. Let it flow. Just start the talking process and see where it goes. Ask him a couple questions pertaining to the class you both share. That way you aren't making a move, you're honestly asking him a question, but you're asking HIM a question instead of your friends or a teacher. He'll like that.

whats up? this is ayushee. well if he is really acting like that lately, then there are 90% of chances that he likes you, not 100% cause maybe its just infatuation or attraction, and like you said, he is a bad boy, so maybe he's just attracted to you, If you like him too, then i suggest you should tell him cause truly saying you never know. Maybe he likes you more then you do. and there is only one way to solve the riddle, ask him. he's not gonna eat you anyways. and yeah if you are scared that he would tell everyone that you asked him and he said no, then don't worry, cause only girls do that not boys. So asking him is the best way.

really you should build up the courage to make a move. How are you ever goiing to find out wether u 2 were meant to be unless one of you build the courage to ask the other out. You should think about this answer. i hope it does you well.

most guys like that dont usally make the 1st move, or they wait a whie to do that, most guys that like a girl either are really open about it or keep it quiet, but if u like him tell him, dont hide ur feelings cuz if u do, u'll regret being quiet l8er on. just tell him u like him, then see where things go.

He likes you. Sounds shy and quirky though. I doubt he will ask you out - even if he really likes you. You will probably have to make the move. Invite him and his friends out with you and your friends. That will make it so it's not a date but you can hang out. Maybe that will warm him up to asking you out.
