white, the only way all four sides can face south is if it is at the north pole. Then the bear would have to be a polar bear.

question is very good, it depends if the house was built on South-park or southfork?. Maybe the 3 bears from Little red riding hood knows the answer?. I think the colour is White, just asked Yogi-bear and he agrees.

Well house must be at north pole. Polar bears frequent the antartic region which is polar opposite of the north pole.
I have no clue? A grizzly who strayed north by a few hundred miles is brown.
