It can cause poisoning. After an overdose the person usually remain without symptoms for the first 24 hours or, at the most, develop loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting. It may lead to liver and kidney damage and malfunction if not treated promptly. The worst possible effect will be death.

There is an anti dote but it needs to be given before the organs get damaged. Such overdoses are about the second most common cause of people needing liver transplants. Defintiely not recommended.

Depends what you mean by too many;
Paracetamol can potentially be fatal, but in high doses can affect the liver. One or two too many isn't great but don't stress it.

You will overdose you may not die only you will be left with damage to your liver and kidneys DO NOT ever take more than 8 over a 24 hour period
