It's not to bad,myself Ive been a jockey for 26 years and still riding I prefer the flat.(don't want end up in hospital every time I go over a jump)LOL.

I like it. And I like watching cross country jumpers too. But steeplechasing is really kinda scary to me. Watching the field of horses approach the jumps as fast as they can and all jump it at the same time... it just seems pretty dangerous... I mean things can go wrong in normal horse shows in jumping classes and I feel like adding a field of horses and galloping at top speed would result in bigger accidents. And if you're leading and your horse falls after the jump, all the other horses are still coming and they're going to land where you're lying on the ground. I like to watch it because I like jumping and racing, but I get nervous when the horses come to EVERY jump!

It's entertaining to watch and probably quite a thrill to participate in. Not sure how to bet it, though.
