People in general are hard to read. You might want to take into account many factors that make a person. They might not be very outgoing. They could simply be shy. They might not notice signs you give them or if they do they might still be unsure. Again everyone is different and I have found that the "general" signs are just that, general. They are not set in stone simply because we are all different from each other. No one knows what you are thinking and can only guess to a degree.
Try getting to know them slowly. You never really know till you try.
As far as paying attention to you, well again people are different. I have no personal issues with people I would just simply have friendly talks with, however if it is someone I like, I tend to clam up and have a hard time giving attention.

when ever your around them take off your pants i guarentee they will notice you then , actually just talk to them make small talk as somepeople say it and be prepared for a new topic if there starts to be awkward silence, if youve never talked to them b4 go up to her with a friend and ask her opinion or adive on somthing she is interested in. if she ignores you then, you should try to realize that she does not like you and does not want to try and be your friend, at that point i would msot likely try to find some1 else, but what ever you do, dont get into trouble infront of them because they wont like it and think less of you

find out where he goes dress really sexy go to the place he is, stop and say hello then keep walking, thats what i did. it did take a couple of weeks but we'r marreid now he thought i was'nt interested so that made him want me more!

Well if they dont know you hang ouy with a friend that knows that person and introduce yourselfs and get a little flirty but not to mush becuse you dont know him/her all that well and everytime you see them you can say hi and then he will notice you but if you sorta know them then just flirt with them

the same thing happend to me try to get their attention by doing things they like to do but ofcourse dont over do it and if dosent work just be yourself and pretend they dont exsist.
