125lbs=56.7kg
multiply pounds by .4536 to get kg

Are you 15? O.o - That's early... well, that's besides the point... But yeah, you can definitely lose 3 kilos in a month. Cut off all junk food, and eat as clean as possible, meaning wholegrain product, healthy fats, like almonds and fish, and limit your carbs. Be sure to get a lot of protein as well, to get into a ketogenic state... Look it up. As for exercise, I would recommend HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training... Once again, look it up and read on how it works. Just stick with it, and you should be able to fit into your dress :)

If u are 130 lb then u are 65 kilos. and if u are 125 u're 62 kilos

There are 2.2 lbs per kilo. SO, 130 lbs is 59.1 kilos, 125 lbs is 56.8 kilos. that is a diference of 2.3 kilos.
