Tie a piece of hair around it tightly. Let it stay that way until you're ready to pull. Or you can just leave it there with the hair. Eventually it with fall off. Make sure that the hair is tight though.

Doctors usually just cut them off, but be careful to not let it get infected. If you cut it off make sure you clean the area first with rubbing alcohol, and use a sterile pair of scissors. After you remove the skin tag, keep the wound cleaned and covered to prevtent an infection.
You could also talk to a dermatologist (skin doctor).
