Matthew 22:24 “Teacher,” they said, “here is what Moses told us. If a man dies without having children, his brother must get married to the widow. He must have children to carry on his brother’s name. 25 There were seven brothers among us. The first one got married and died. Since he had no children, he left his wife to his brother. 26 The same thing happened to the second and third brothers. It happened right on down to the seventh brother. 27 Finally, the woman died. 28 Now then, when the dead rise, whose wife will she be? All seven of them were married to her.”
29 Jesus replied, “You are mistaken, because you do not know the Scriptures. And you do not know the power of God. 30 When the dead rise, they won’t get married. And their parents won’t give them to be married. They will be like the angels in heaven.

Jesus said in Matthew 22:23-32

That same day Jesus was approached by some Sadducees—religious leaders who say there is no resurrection from the dead. They posed this question: “Teacher, Moses said, ‘If a man dies without children, his brother should marry the widow and have a child who will carry on the brother’s name.’ Well, suppose there were seven brothers. The oldest one married and then died without children, so his brother married the widow. But the second brother also died, and the third brother married her. This continued with all seven of them. Last of all, the woman also died. So tell us, whose wife will she be in the resurrection? For all seven were married to her.”Jesus replied, “Your mistake is that you don’t know the Scriptures, and you don’t know the power of God. 30 For when the dead rise, they will neither marry nor be given in marriage. In this respect they will be like the angels in heaven.

“But now, as to whether there will be a resurrection of the dead—haven’t you ever read about this in the Scriptures? Long after Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob had died, God said, ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’ So he is the God of the living, not the dead.”

God doesn't want divorce. It is only permitted due to our immaturity. When we have not conducted an obedient life to be happy in every way, God allows us to choose some alternate ways of obedience for our own improvement. Finally, souls which are fully harmonious with each other can be united; souls of different levels of progress naturally separate. There is no such things as monogamy or polygamy in the spiritual world.

In the Bible such a question was brought to Jesus. It is recorded in Matthew 22. Here is the account.

23The same day the Sadducees, who say that there is no resurrection, came to Him and asked Him,
24saying, "Master, Moses said, `If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife and raise up seed unto his brother.
25Now there were with us seven brethren. And the first, when he had married a wife, died; and having no issue, he left his wife unto his brother.
26Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh
27And last of all, the woman died also.
28Therefore in the resurrection, whose wife shall she be of the seven? For they all had her.
29Jesus answered and said unto them, "Ye do err, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God.
30For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in Heaven.

We do not marry in Heaven.

In Heaven we are Spirit, energy, light, whatever you want to call it. There is no marriage and no spouse. We love with a pure love without physical implications.

The Bible makes clear that the saying "till death due us part." is actually a spiritual reality. We will not have spouses in heaven.

Read Matthew 22:23-33. The Sadduccees asked Jesus an extremely similar question and he answers it in this passage.
Whoops, sorry--just realized someone already quoted this passage.
