Ok if your going to see her in the summer and she agrees with that arrangement, I don't see why she will just say hi and dont talk too much to you..but if she does, then you still go out and enjoy yourself, it's not often ppl get to go to England for a summer....life's too short. But if you go and She is very happy to see you and hugs you and says she misses you alot, then you hug and tell her that you miss her alot also and enjoy your summer...trust me whatever happens, your next move will come naturally

Hey why don't you e mail/ chat with her her? Try to keep the communication going with her until she comes back this summer. You could casually mention some places that you would like to take her when she gets here. This way you can make the most out of your time together. It is also easier to get that small talk out of the way without having to make eye contact. By the time you see each other you will have become familiar with one another. Good Luck.

She's happy to you - I don't see any problems there.
She doesn't have much to say - just realize that it's been a little while since you've seen each other and things have tendacy to change over time. Just break the ice by asking her to give you a tour of England. You could ask her to show you her favorite spots, etc.

You cannot micromanage this meeting. You just need to see what happend and go with whatever you feel to do at the time. If she huggs you hug her back in a friendly way. Let her give you the cues and you just be yourself and act naturally.

there are two possible outcomes to this situation: 1.she likes you,you like her,and everything is well...and you discover your feelings-the both of you,or 2. she doesn't like you,she was just being friendly with all that kissing/huggind/goodbies,etc.she just broke-up with her bf or something, and that's why she was being so "friendly"...or she forgot about you...or something....or as you say"you won't talk much"-maybe she likes you,but is in a bad mood,or doesn't want to begin a relationship as difficult as this would be....SHE DOESN'T WANT TO GET INVOLVED....in any of the cases mentioned above, you should talk as much as you can with her,but not annoy her if she doesn't wanna talk,if she is cold,be casual,be "cool";)),pay attention to her signals, and see how she feels....DIRRECT questions TO BE AVOIDED!

In my experience you cannot plan for every eventuality. It would surely be better and more natural to let whatever happens happen.
