Geez, don't you people see any deeper than the words?
Get this: "annoying" is NOT a word that you normally use in the same phrase with "funny", "cute" & "sexy"... unless it doesn't mean "annoying". Get it?
It's a compliment, with a little twist. It sure doesn't mean you're annoying... It could mean you're playful (like kids on a playground - little boys always tell little girls they like they're annoying).
But please, just please, don't go and ask him what he finds annoying about you or what he meant by it! It would be soo pathetic!

I will go ahead and do it. I will educate you to some "playah" terminology.
When a guy wants to get with you, he can either compliment you, or say something mean to you, but not too mean. This is called a "neg" or "negging".
So, really, if a guy says small, kinda mean things about you, he probably likes you.
Some girls require more negging than compliments, some girls are the opposite.
It's a complex system, but it works. I don't use it because I go by the code of Chivalry and hope I can eventually find a girl who actually appreciates such efforts, but, there you have why he described you that way.
To translate, I would say he said:
"You have a good sense of humor, I find you adorable in that I want to hug you and pinch your cheeks kind of way, you are definitely someone I could see myself getting XXX with, and, I'll go ahead and call you annoying so you don't think I'm head over heels for you and to make myself feel less vulnerable, even though you really aren't all that annoying. "

If he thinks you are funny, sexy and cute, chances are he doesnt mean annoying in a bad way. He means it in a cute way, like saying he finds you interesting. You probably joke with him and he enjoys it. Talk a little bit longer and youll realize how he really feels about you, and youll be able to tell how much you two would get along together. If it seems good after waiting awhile, start hanging out with him more. Good luck to you!

Usually when guys say you're annoying they mean that you talk a lot. The only way you can know for sure is to ask him. I think he likes you tho since annoying was at the end of the list.

He probably means that your a funny girl. And that your cute in your own way. He enjoys your company. Cute as in he sees a spark on you. Sometimes he finds you very beautiful and outstanding, and maybe there are days were you just turn him off ( as in you annoy him sometimes). But thats okay, from that slight discritption , he sounds like he might like you.

For the most part, us guys say exactly what we mean. If you don't understand what he means by any of those words, then ask him. example: Annoying, what is it that you find annoying about me? Too easy to ask.

Well, the first three arent bad, but about the third. How can you be annoying? are you calling often, coming on too strong, nagging?
Honestly, just ask him what he means. He may just have the wrong word chosen.

He probably threw the annoying in there just to make you think, it worked. He likes you. If he didn't like you he wouldn't have thrown in sexy.
