Well. They have to have "feelings" in the sense that they have to like being around that person. That's part of friendship.

But yes. There need not be any sexual tension between a man and a woman. I have many male friends, and not once have I thought about them in any light besides as a friend.

Yes but then again If I had a female friend that i had slept with on a non permant basis ~I would still consider them just a friends in much the same way I wouldn't call someone I had a one-nighter with my girlfriend

yes, I have several female frields I love to pieces but would never have a relationship, its purely friendship. there are advantages and disadvantages and sometimes somone has more feelings than another. Women are usually mature enough to work around this, guys maybe not.

A mature person would say yes. But we guys get it where we can. If a guy has demonstrated maturity in the past, you can proceed. But alot of guys try to use friendship as an avenue to get to Getsum Blvd.

I had alot of guy friends before I got married-never felt anything for them but friendship. Sometimes it's easier talking to a guy about stuff than my girl friends.

Well I have never had any luck with it, but it IS possible. If the guy is gay. Men are sick and all they want is sex. Not a real relationship or a friendship.

Yes my best friend since i was nine (i am now 38) is a bloke, we don't see as much of each other as we used to because his fiancee See's me as a threat, so I understand why people think it is impossible.

I believe so, I have several great male friends and we are just that, friends.

However, it does become difficult when one or more people have feelings for the other. Then it becomes an issue.
