Ahhh! Blackheads..Ok to put it short. They are rather annoying. Does anyone know any methods of removal that don't include buying things like £10? If you do, please post here. Thanks.

I am a Skin care specialist and the best ways are always the cheapest!
Steam your face over a bowel of hot (not scaulding) water, then buy some distilled witch hazel from your local chemist (only costs about £2) dab on and carry on doing this for a couple of days. On the third day start to gentle twist the blackhead out( twist either side of the blackhead), don't squeeze or push as it will only go further in.

To keep blackheads at bay make sure you are not applying too much oily or rich products to your skin, it is likely that you have enough oil (sebum) in your skin. If you do tend to have oily skin after washing your face dab on the witch hazel in affected areas until you see a result.

Other than that follow the rules of good skin care, loads of water, friut and veg, exercise and clean , clean, clean.

After the strips and soaps use DERMALOGE or DERMALOGUE it is hard to find but this little bottle does miracles. USe it when you wash your face or when you shower. It does wonders to your skin by making it radiant! Keeps oily skin to a minimum but also soothes and cleans out dirt. I found some on eBay and a company called Visalus Sciences. Good luck!

Steam your face and squeeze with tissue. Wait until it is ready to go though, otherwise it will look worse and may scar. Clean and Clear scrub - £3.99 a bottle.

steam your face over a bowl of warm water (but not boiling watrer or u'll scald yourself)
this should help 'sweat' them out
make sure and wash your face well afterwards to get rid of any yucky residue and thereafter use a good face wash on a dail basis, doesnt have to be majorly expensive one...
