You can request 12 weeks off but every company is diffferent. Some will pay you and some won't.

Some empoyers have no part in maternity leave, and the time is either covered by an act, or, unpaid. Some will give you 3 weeks. You'd have to ask the employer and look through your Employee Handbook.

most of the time it is 6 weeks .you should at least ask for 6 weeks .you and your new bundle of joy needs at least 6 weeks good luck

6weeks for normal delivery and 8weeks for c-section. More if complications. Check with your State on FMLA also(family medical leave act).

usually 6-8wks. Most daycares will not take infants any younger so maybe thats why, also to give your body time to heal. dunno depends on the company but I know at least 6
