Im 17 5ft 2 weigh 9 and a half stone and am size 10 /12 do i need to lose weight

That's entirely up to you - do you feel healthy? As long as you're eating right and working out fairly often, you should be fine. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat! Also, if you're really concerned, you could check your body mass index (BMI). This site: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ says that you're at the top of the normal weight range. :o) Way to go!

"Stone" is a British weight of 14 lbs. 9 1/2 stone is 133 lbs on a 5 ft 2 inch frame. You don't have to lose weight but you might want to consider it, you are a bit on the heavy side for your height. It's not a question of beauty it's a question of health.

If you are writing from Britain, it should be easy for you to get a medical checkup. Ask the doctor or NHS nurse whether there are any health reasons to watch your weight or to do anything about it, either now or as a precaution. Unless there are, eat healthy foods, keep active, and find healthy ways to build friendships and enjoy yourself while you are young. Good luck.

first off no and r u irsh? And at 17 u shouldn't be 5ft 2 i'm 13 and i'm 4ft 11 and i'm almost 5ft so no u don't need 2 lose weight wierdo! :(

if u think u need to losee weight and u dont feel good about yourself lose weight but if u feel good about yourself dont lose weight.
