Using your brain more. Written puzzles, some computer games, sports - lots of things help. It is a muscle like any other and the more you practice the better it gets!

maybe your trying to hard,if you relax and let your body take over and quit trying so hard ,could be that unconsciously you dwell on it more than you realize and its causing you to fight against the very thing you are trying to do.........good luck
