i don't know if i should ask this boy out who i like, he is a year older than me - 15 and he is my brothers m8. we talk to each other a lot but i don't no if he likes me in this way, should i wait to see if he asks me out or should i ask him out -- and how??

Go for it! You don't need to ask him for a life-long commitment... just see if he would like to do something simple like get a soda or icecream with you... if it freaks him out, then he wasn't worth your time. Consider rejection a sign that he doesn't have what it takes to ask you to be his girl... Don't waste your time with losers! You are a lady and you have to wait that the boy will be the one to start the courting, if he likes you...or maybe love you in the future. lady should act as a lady not as a ...giver or seducer of something. Think positively and try your charms to win him. do a strategies to win him, and love him truly, not to make him a toyboy for you.

girls never ask guys out...guys usually do the work if they like you...umm....give him your cell number and flirt with him and tell him to call you sometime....if you are a hottie and he likes you....he will call....plenty of guys out there hun....it gets to be way more fun when you get out of high school......but u should try to find other guys you like too....and you can always ask for his number and call him.....that would be hot if it ever happened to me.....me not having to call the girl.....most guys would agree that they have to do all the work....so just show yourself and you will get the calls..

know how you feel!!!!! I'd give it a little bit of time, but if you grow really impatient, your best bet is to tell him that you like him, but not put him on the spot by asking him out. that could get REALLY awkward
